Gestational Surrogacy Contracts
Surrogacy contracts are critically important for protecting and upholding the rights of both the surrogate and the intended parents, and we help ensure that each and every contract be written to encompass the rights of both parties.
Once a surrogate becomes matched with intended parents, all parties will enter into a contract, which will state their rights and obligations. It is our responsibility here at Worldwide Surrogacy Specialists that both the surrogate and the intended parents each have their own attorney to represent them in the contracts so that they can fully understand their rights and obligations, as well as those they are relinquishing as a surrogate.
We ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of:
- The rights and obligations of the Gestational Carrier and the Intended Parents
- Medical insurance for the surrogacy
